Clarity over optics.
Make an idea understandable, make the implementation inspectable, and make the limitations explicit.
Inside Xlon Labs
We're exploring the intersection of personal AI, local computation, and the effort that builds understanding. Zenito is where those questions meet.
Why a lab?
Our starting point is a question about the person using the technology: what kind of help leaves them more capable?
Answering it means working through both model behavior and software constraints. How should an assistant offer a hint? How much context does it need? What can run on a person's own machine? What would count as useful evidence?
We share technical notes as we explore those questions. They include code, explanations, proposed architectures, and open problems. They are a record of the work—not a substitute for evaluating a finished product.

Make an idea understandable, make the implementation inspectable, and make the limitations explicit.
Think about local computation and ownership of personal context at the beginning of the design process.
Connect the model, the interface, the evaluation, and the experience of the person using it.
The work ahead
Zenito is in development. Confirmed product access and future opportunities will be shared through the site when available.
